The Madeleine should really be a Park Hyatt as the rates are more to that grade than a Regency. However the owner of the hotel hsa recently finished negotiating a deal to open a Park Hyatt opposite the Ritz at Place Vendome. Expect higher rates at this hotel when it opens next year!
