DL/NW, KL, AF and AA are the ones I can think of off the top of my head that give EQM's.

But, I just tried to do a dummy booking over at delta.com and it said they don't have any flights between NRT and ICN.

So unless there's some brilliant FT'er who can think of something, I'd suggest doing the SEA-NRT leg on DL/NW (or SEA-LAX-NRT on a combo of AS and DL/NW) and then doing KE just for the RDM's NRT-ICN (no EQM's, but you will get RDM's at the very least).
