SFO Turnaround on SQ
Last year I did a ICN-SFO-ICN turnaround. However SQ would not allow me to book this ticket as they said it didn't meet the Minimum Connection Time at SFO. So I booked the return for one day later. Upon arrival, I spent very little time at immigration/customs and was able to get to the SQ check-in counters before they closed and asked to change my ticket for that day. The flight was at most 25% full so it was no problem to change my ticket and quickly back through security and to the SKL lounge with plenty of time for a shower, food, and checking the internet.
