I stayed for two nights last weekend on an internet rate. As a diamond, I was upgraded to RC without asking. I had a sunny room, which was nicely appointed, with a queen-size bed for myself. I've stayed at HR Cologne and HR Mainz when RC was closed, so this was my first time to use RC at a German property. Very attentive staff oversaw an ample breakfast and cocktail hour spreads.

I just not quite sure why it a Park Hyatt.
