I have a bunch of nights coming up at SFO due to a bunch of transpacific connections through SFO. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what I may request as a Diamond. Normally I'm always satisfied with their Regency Club, but when booking was told it had been closed. I was told I was entitled to a business room. Can I request or am I entitled to anything else?
