Whenever I'm checking a bag PERIOD, I make sure the tags are correct. My last AS flight was bos-pdx-sea and the DL agent who "hated the system AS uses" first only printed a bos-pdx bag tag... she didn't notice and I pointed it out and she fixed it w/out a problem - however she couldn't print my second boarding pass for some reason. It all worked out though..
