I have an existing reservation on a Night After Night award for the Carlton Tower in mid December. I tried to change it to a day or two earlier and was told that yes, effective Dec 1, it will no longer be a Hyatt. All existing reservations will be honored including award bookings, but no new bookings can be accepted. Nor will the hotel recognise upgrades to better rooms based on elite tiered Gold Passport status. No mileage or GP points to be awarded either.
