It is a typical large convention style Hyatt. Perfectly adequate, but not much more. They have been closing the RC when there is not much "traffic". I asked and did get a small breakfast coupon. They are connected to a fairly large underground network of buildings -- there are several food court areas just outside the hotel proper -- so if you are looking for cheaper quick meals that's where to look. The hotel's restaurants are not great -- use the underground to go to either the Swiss Hotel or Fairmont for the GOOD food.
