In my original post I state that that is EXACTLY what I did and they denied me the Amex paid stay-so i missed out on a Stay Pay Play award. It was actually booked and they cancelled it!
Does anyone KNOW anout this California law?
Where is the Gold passport Consierge when we need them!!
