strangely, I took an online Bose/AA survey earlier
this week. the 150 free miles got posted that same

AA has very little incentive to post flight activity in nearer real-time. There is almost zero benefit gained from doing so.
So why should they spend to provide this capability unless the process is affected by other factors? Not saying it will never happen, but certainly not on its own.
