I'm pretty sure you'll have 2 different confirmation numbers for the 3 paid nights and the 1 award night. I highly doubt they extended the Confirmed Diamond Upgrade to your award night. Maybe they told you they did and just put a request in the notes for the hotel (which may or may not be honored), but I doubt they can actually use the same Confirmed Diamond Upgrade on 2 different Conf #s.
