Yes we do, but I have to admit probably few pilots carry them. Just more stuff to carry around. I always have a few with me just in case.

Ask your crew if they have a first flight certificate when you board. If they don't, ask for the names of the crew. After the flight, PM me the information and your address, and I'll fill one out and send it to you. That way you'll have an official United Airlines First-flight certificate for your son.
