Sorry for your loss. They probably did not give you anything else instead either, did they? While I have not stayed in this Hyatt, it is another sad item in the recent posts. Hyatt in London may be lost and Seattle Hyatt again (and again) delays opening. Hyatt comping Diamond status.

Where is Jay Pritzger when you did him...he made sure these thing did not happen then.

This will not change of 15+year program with Hyatt's but it is "forcing" us to look for a solid second chain. We tried to stay at Hilton this year, but so far only two and had modest problems at both. We plan a stay in October in Hawaii and expect better results.
