I stayed there early June this year.
You check into hotel via Jing Mao tower elevator to Hyatt reception floor on 54th floor. The hotel floors are 54 to 83 -- Regency lounge on 83rd floor.
The hotel offers generally good views for all rooms, but if you're diamond level, you do get upgraded to a non-suite room with better view and maybe 20% larger room compared to regular rooms. (even though the suite is hard to get, the regency lounge view rivals Grand Hyatt HK's lounge view, which is where I am this week).
The hot water issue is a sporadic maintenance issue for water pressure getting up to that height. They closed off some floors when I was there for the "water pressure issue". But my room was just fine.
One tip, this hotel accepts UA 50% certificate, making one nite=$140 usd.
