Stayed there 4 days last year. The Shanghai Hyatt, is in Pudong, which is in the newer part of town. It is currently the highest building in Shanghai (Jin Mao), The Hyatt starts on 50th Floor-80+, so I don't believe an upgrade for view would be too necessary.

The Regency Club Lounge was pretty good.

My biggest problem with this hotel is that out of the 4 days I was there - on 2 days, I had problem with hot water - Had to wait about 30 minutes for the hot water to come out, so if you have an early morning departure, this could prove a disaster, as it was with me.
