I didn't see anything online, but in my newsletter the following text is in large bold text in the "contact us" block on the last page:
Remember to reference the Offer Code when you make reservations and at check-in.
If bonus didn't post, I would just send some email to the Hyatt Concierge, using the link from the web site. When I noticed some airline partner bonuses missing from my account, they were excellent about going back and fixing them for several stays.
