Is this written anywhere?

I just did a return flight with interconnections: 2 legs on Delta and 2 on Delta Connection (Skywest). All was 1 ticket purchased from Delta. But only 2 of 4 legs appear as "status flights" on Air France website.

I called Flying Blue center in Canada, but they are very confusing, some of them say it does not count and some that it should count... Can't get any formal confirmation.

I sent them the ticket and boarding passes but have no idea how long will it take them to provide an answer.
