As a Diamond I rarely get on the RC floor but do get lounge access and the amenity 100% of the time. I NEVER get a suite. Contary to the other posters here, last week I got my first RC room - at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. A very nice large room but still no suite. I used 1800CHECKIN for the first time. Maybe that had something to do with it.
