Well you ARE lucky. I have NEVER EVER been upgraded to a suite.I tried to use 2 free nights in Adelaide last week and called beforehand to ask if I was in regency-they said no so i cancelled the booking and went to the Hilton and paid and got exec club.I dont like the Adelaide Hyatt unless i am in regency.No i didnt book regency as I have almost run out of points.
I have recently become Starwood platinum and have only once NOT been upgraded to a suite-and that was on a free friday in Bangkok.
