Daughter # 1 allowed her RR award to be used by Daughter #2. Daughter #2 may need to make a change on the return flight but the itinerary is not showing when she logs into her Southwest online acct even tho her RR # was used when the ticket was booked. How can she pull it up to view and/or modify?
She just needs to use the confirmation number and passenger name through 'View or change your flight" on the homepage.
