I wear glasses so shouldn't I get pre-boarded too? I agree with the GA. Maybe the message will get through to the woman that she does not have a disability that requires preboarding. I am not sure her super discounted ticket on future flights will be a major loss to UA, so let her become a headache for SouthWest!
