If you take the subway, from memory I'd guess an hour or so from downtown Chicago to the terminal (someone else correct me if I'm wrong). Add another half an hour for checkin and security lines and you'd be in the lounge at 18.00. That would give you at least half an hour to eat. If I were you I'd add half an hour to your schedule i.e. leave at 4.00pm just in case.
