I wouldn't be surprised. I know it's no longer on the 777, but ISTR one of the BA pilots here did say that the visuals for Kai Tak are still on the 747, just none of the navaids. But seeing as my scan is poor to the point of non-existent, and I tend to just hand-fly by eye anyway, landing at Kai Tak on visuals only will be right up my street, if I can do it!
