If you never flew NW, and hadn't been an elite for many years, how can you really have any logical way of knowing what it was like?

To me, NW was always like asking the normal looking girl to dance. She wasn't the ugliest, and she certainly wasn't the prettiest. She did appreciate you asking her, and you would certainly have a better time than if you went with the prom queen.
