So its not just me. I too find it a real challenge to get a glass of wine on CX in J. Its easier to ask for 2 glasses each time.
As for water, UA really does it properly on long haul. Whilst no plastic bottles, I do enjoy the hourly (or better) top up of the big water glass that everyone gets. It seems CX crew just want to hide in the galley after the meal service and ignore the passengers.
