I could be wrong but I think the Kai Tak has gone... there are however some very interesting 'real world' approaches that are done in great detail though and are described in the book in the briefing room. They also have replica's of conditions that caused aircraft to crash in the past, such as windshear on short final - they are worth a go or at least getting the pilot to demo them for you. I can also recommend other procedures such as Rejected Take Off at V1 and/or single engine cross-wind landings. (as you've flown before so should be comfortable with it all!!!)
