I checked in online for my flight at NWA.com and paid the bag fee. It was all one ticket. When went to the Alaska Airline counter they said that check in doesn't work for them and I'll have to pay the 15 dollar bag check and ask NWA for a refund. I said ok I will do that. But they only checked my bags to LAX instead SHV. She even knew my final destination because she asked to confirm it and see my ID.

I think I should get a refund.
