I was on a flight this evening from ywg-yow on an aeroplan reward. I checked in yesterday evening and selected a mobile boarding pass which I left up in a safari window on my iPhone. I arrived at the airport and checked into the lounge (they scanned my boarding pass and everything was fine). I go to board the flight and get through the gate and get seated. Later the gate agent comes on and wants my name and boarding pass. I show her my mobile one again and she goes off back to the gate. She again comes back and says I was offloaded from the flight and she had to put be back on. She claimed it was something I had done on the web which seems unusual as I had only brought up my boarding pass. I was still fine in the same seat and took the flight but it's a bit disconcerting, especially if the flight was busy and my seat was reassigned to someone else. Anyone here of something like this happening before?
