I am sorry if this question is answered already here before.

If I have reservations under my name for day 1 and day 3, and my wife has reservations under her name for day 2 and day 4(total 4 separate reservations):

1. Shall we have two stays/ two nights each?
2. Can we keep the same room for all 4 nights? I do not mind to check out and check in again for billing purpose(because reservations are under different name) as long as we do not need to change the room.

Since we are going to Japan this month and plan to stay for 4 days at Sheraton Miyako. Asia promotion by Master card allows only one free weekend night for 2 stays.
Therefore, both of us want to have two stay each to earn 2 free weekend nights.
