That's not really true. I'd say the 80/95 split coming from 80 represents the 1h15-1h30 delay mark. That's pretty damn bad. It doesn't really get much worse unless something extreme is going on. 99% of the time, I'd say you're plenty safe heading down the NJT and to 46.
