I'm not sure whether the OP has a PC membership or not or whether or not it's required but there is a President's Club merchandise site that you can get details on through the PC. At that site, there are, for example, some Hartmann and Tumi brand "things" you can use those miles toward such as padfolios and small cases. It would seem to be a way to use all or most of the miles without the cost of transferring them to someone else. You could also donate the miles at this link.
