Did this connection (Puerto Vellerta/DFW/LGA) at 1100 AM on Monday of this week - 1 checked bag, US passport, took about 1:15 from plane to gate for the LGA segment; had a 1:40 scheduled connection. A travelling companion continuing to Washington on a Canadian passport got pulled over by Customs for a secondary inspection (curuously, NOT by Immigration) and made her 1:30 connection with barely minutes to spare.
