That is also what I thought. My friend redeemed two tickets in CW JFK-BOM in Nov 2008 during the 50% off promotion. Outbound was booked for 22 Oct 2009. She is trying to change dates to fly out in Nov and return in Feb 2010. BAEC says journey must be completed by Nov 22, 2009. She has called a couple of times and now a remark has been added to the booking that ticket must be completely used by 22nd Nov.
