If your business is in Shinjuku-ku, then the Century is the best. My Japan office is in the same building so that's where I stay.

Plus it's within walking distance to the busy downtown nightclub district and the Shinjuku train station.

I wanted to try the Park Hyatt but was told it is too far away. Far away in Tokyo means a very difficult commute.
