i noticed from this pretty authoritative guide/listing of night clubs in dubai that, as beergut said, *bars are mainly attached to Hotels anyway*, and some of the night clubs listed are attached to hotels. a lot aren't however.

so, would i be able to visit these places if i visited during ramadan? or not?
