757 ET seats to replace 737-400 seats

^Can't recall this being mentioned already, but I read this week that BA is planning to remove the Euro Traveller seats from each of its 757s as they are de-fleeted, and re-install them across the 737-400 fleet.

Current 737 seats are significantly more expensive and labour intensive to overhall, whereas the newer 757 seats fit straight into the aircraft without any modifications.

Its saving about 25k per 737 to buy new seats - they are also 20kg lighter each, so will deliver a small fuel saving too.
