Thumbs down Booked NWA Worldperks Flight got changed without notice
I booked a flight in business class through the NWA-Worldperks Website last April. The flight was supposed to be on 13th of February 2010 with KLM (ZRH-SXM). I just checked my reservation a few minutes ago to assign the seats when I realized that NWA has changed the departing date which is now February 14th. They did not inform me about the big schedule change (24 hours).

I have to be in SXM on February 13th since I have a connecting flight. Isn't Northwest supposed to make sure that I arrive at my destination on that day? I realized that KLM cancelled their flight but Air France still has a good connection. Aren't they obliged to rebook me to Air France or any other Airline so that we can reach St. Maarten on February 13th, 2010?
