I use the recently converted WaMU branches
that have become Chase branches. I pay my Chase Southwest Visa there using coins. I also have my mortgage through Chase, but have not used the Chase branch to pay part/all of my mortgage. A gentleman working at the Chase branch did say that it was not a problem to pay some or all of my mortgage there. This gives me two reasonable options for utilizing my coins and prevents me from overburdening BofA with coins deposits into my checking account.
In terms of volume, I'm only giving Chase from $500-$1000 each visit to pay off my credit card. I visit the branch a couple of times each week.
