As HYATT is gearing to spearhead into the China market with recently opened properties like the Grand Hyatt in Shanghai, you'd like to know that only the Shangri-la hotel chain has a stronger and more dedicated presence there!

As the Shangri-La group has a frequent guest programme called Golden Circle, let HYATT representatives be known that at their "Executive level" - which requires 10 stays a year, Golden Circle Executive level members are already Guaranteed room availability 72 hours prior artrival. Their Elite level, which requires only 25 stays a year are guaranteed a room within 24 hours of arrival!
All GC members including 'joiners' are offered a special GC Corporate rate at all ShangriLa group hotels, plus free local phone calls, no commission cash advanaces on creditcards and free calling card access. To name a few.

There are other benefits too - but it is up to HYATT Gold Passport representatives to find out what they are standing up against their competitors in the rest of the world.

I know that within Asia, I have a choice when it comes to my choice of hotels. And if another chain can guarantee my room within 72 hours of arrival, guess where I will be heading off to?
