Julia - Thanks for your contributions !!! Your willingness to participate speaks volumes about Hyatt's dedication to customer service. I am hopeful that Hyatt Gold Passport takes the comments in this thread to heart. Hyatt will certainly lag quite far behind the competition without a reservations guarantee program for Diamond members. Hilton has moved to a guaranteed reservations policy for Diamond members and Starwood has one as well for its Platinum customers. It is very important for Hyatt to bring this discussion to the forefront as soon as possible, in order to avoid the possibility of loyal/frequent guests having to go elsewhere for a room. kazman
