Please be assured that we are aware of our international members' concerns regarding this issue, and therefore, we will continue to explore ways to better service our international members' needs. However, we would want to make you aware that the partner awards offered within our program are an added bonus to the hotel portion of the award. Therefore, the points you redeem are for the free nights, or upgrades featured on the hotel portion of the award.
