Thanks! I'm glad I'm not the only member that has these feelings. I've actually faxed in a letter some time back telling Gold Passport what I thought of their treatment towards non North American residents, and basically told them too that I cannot vote them as having the best hotel programme. Unfortunately, Hyatt won best programme after that and I felt that they wouldn't have listened to me at that point.

I have been a GP Diamond member for the past 3 years now and have just accumulated my 106th night this year so far so I guess I'm way into Diamond again for next year. But it seems a shame to keep throwing half of an award away simply because no one thought that there might be people living elsewhere!
