Bag refund for non complete baggage check?
I had a trip for

MFR - LAX - Memphis - SHV and they ONLY checked my bags thru to LAX. I did switch partners in LAX to NWA but NWA said that AlaskaAir should have checked my bags all the way through. (I had to leave security....get my bag..blah blah blah....lax is not fun to do that in by the way)

Am I entitled to a refund for this? Who do I contact?
