Well BAEC Buenos Aires certainly must have either lost the plot regarding my enquiry or put it in the bin.
Despite them promising they would get back to me in two days with a response to my enquiry I'm still waiting for it two months later.

The UK CS are superb and since moving my account to here I now realise why so many non UK members have gripes with BA Customer Services.
Soon as I can I shall be moving our accounts back to the UK as I would feel more comfortable dealing with the UK CS if such a situation should arise that I need to use them again.
