I did contact her for our last trip to Maui but ended up doing a non-luxury trip so I booked it myself. But she was great to deal with.
I've never stayed at a Four Seasons but to me a great luxury while traveling with 2 little ones of my own is having the extra space, like a one bedroom suite or 2 rooms connecting. This was especially important when my kids were about the same age are yours. They were still on different sleep schedules.
