I sent this message to BA:
"RE: Booking Ref: xxx - Car rental Toronto Nov.
I booked the above on the BA EC website after having logged in. Upon completing the booking, a message appeared stating that for technical reasons my BA EC number could not be recorded. I tried to get it recorded by going to Manage my Booking, but it wouldn't allow me to do that. Please advise."
This is their reply:
"Thank you for writing to us.
Our records indicate that your flight BA9175 is cancelled. For further assistance, please contact your dedicated Service Centre as they have full access to your booking details. You can find their telephone numbers at:
http://www.ba.com/servicecentres
