We do, sometimes offer them... depends if the crew are actually thinking or just going through the motions...
On Short Haul, we do have food chillers on the aircraft, however they do not cool enough for that purpose, so we would use iced water from the wet ice that is loaded by the catering supplier.
Long haul may be a different story.
