On a related matter, I saw a duty-free at CVG today that said shop duty free for domestic travel. I often see duty-frees, but I don't recall seeing similar language. I didn't have time to stop, but what is the deal with this?
The store is divided into 2 sections. The front sections sells items other than liquor and tobacco such as some watches, bags, etc to the general flying public. The back section sells the actual duty-free items that will be delivered to the boarding door of your international (not too many left in CVG) flight.
