Seems to be - unless its just coincidence, we were originally told would be upgraded to beachfront room, ended up with lagoon view suite, very lovely. Got charged for movie but taken off bill as soon as I mentioned it. Paper every day. Water a bit haphazard but occasionally a bottle or two appeared - didn't know what was free or not! Oh and a bottle of wine we didn't get around to drinking..
