This topic has been discussed many times in the SQ forum and a quick search should give you plenty of details.

However, the only award F seats currently available on SQ are the 747 from SIN-SYD and certain regional 777's with slanted old seats.

Since June 1, SQ has not released F awards on the 747's from JFK-FRA-SIN and LAX-NRT-SIN.
